Our culinary classes are based on your individual needs, from basic knife skills to high-impact cooking. Our sessions are designed for beginners in the kitchen to the most articulate of cooks who want to add a few more skills. We can do individual or large groups and the menu can be anything you desire. This is perfect for families, friend’s night out, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or individual classes. After booking your session, the chef will meet with you one on one to determine the menu for your session.
Our nutrition sessions are offered by a Registered Dietitian and are based on your individual needs, from healthy eating to eating for disease. Nutrition sessions can be done as an individual or family sessions. The best part of a nutrition session is you can combine it with a culinary session and learn to cook great tasting, healthy recipes!
